Under the scholarship program of the Vice Chancellor of our NIIBS Campus, Venerable Dr. Bodagama Chandima Thero, full scholarships have been offered to Bhikkhunis from around the world to pursue a degree in Buddhist Studies. The Bhikkhunis who applied for this opportunity are currently arriving in Sri Lanka these days. Today, the Bhikkhunis who arrived from Myanmar were warmly welcomed at Bandaranaike International Airport by fellow Bhikkhunis.
