The Nāgānanda International Institute for Buddhist Studies (NIIBS) warmly welcomed a delegation from the National Library and Documentation Services Board on 6 October 2026.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen institutional collaboration and explore future cooperation in library and information services, Inter-Library Loan (ILL) services, research support, information resources, and professional knowledge sharing.
A collection of books was also formally donated to the NIIBS Library, further enriching its resources and supporting the academic and research needs of students, academic staff, and researchers.
The programme included productive discussions with the NIIBS administration, a visit to the NIIBS Library, and an exchange of ideas aimed at building stronger professional connections between the two institutions.
