Yesterday (28), the Eastern Sciences & Wellness Center was ceremonially opened at the campus, under the guidance and blessings of Ven. Dr. Bodagama Chandima Thero, Vice Chancellor of Nagananda International Institute for Buddhist Studies.
The event was graced by Deputy Vice Chancellor Ven. Dr. Dampe Vijitharathana Thero, along with both academic and non-academic staff members.
In parallel, a free medical clinic was held where many local residents received treatments. Both Ayurvedic and Western doctors participated, including the Center’s Academic Coordinator Dr. Susantha, Dr. Kokila Withanathantree, and other dedicated staff.
