Following the dawn of the Sinhala New Year, the official duties of our institution were ceremonially commenced with the chanting of the Pirith blessing, invoking blessings upon both academic and non-academic staff. This event was held on April 21, 2026, within the university premises, in the presence of Deputy Vice Chancellor Ven. Dr. Dampe Wijitharathana Thero, Director Ven. Pasgoda Sumiththa Thero, and all members of the academic and non-academic staff, on behalf of Vice Chancellor Ven. Dr. Bodagama Chandima Thero.
