The Second General Convocation of the Nāgānanda International Institute for Buddhist Studies was successfully held on 12th February 2019 at the NIIBS Auditorium premises.
NIIBS is a degree awarding institute recognized by the Government of Sri Lanka under the provisions of the Universities Act No.16 of 1978.
