Hon. Bandula Gunawardana, Minister of Information and Communication Technology and Minister of Higher Education, Technology and Innovation visited NIIBS on 21 December 2019.
NIIBS is a degree awarding institute recognized by the Government of Sri Lanka under the provisions of the Universities Act No.16 of 1978.
