A special ceremony was successfully held on 16th January 2026 to mark the elevation of the School of Information and Communication Technology to the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology.
This historic occasion signifies an important step forward in strengthening academic standards in our institute, expanding research opportunities, and enhancing the institution’s role in producing competent professionals for the rapidly evolving technology sector.
තොරතුරු සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ විද්යායතනය, පරිගණක හා තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ පීඨය ලෙස උසස් කිරීම අද (2026 ජනවාරි 16) දින නාගානන්ද ජාත්යන්තර බෞද්ධ අධ්යයන ආයතනයේදී අතිසාර්ථක අන්දමින් පැවැත්විණි.
මෙම වැදගත් අවස්ථාව අප ආයතනයේ අධ්යාපන ක්ෂේත්රයේ නව පියවරක් ලෙස සනිටුහන් වන අතර, තාක්ෂණික දැනුමෙන් සවිබලගන්වූ වෘත්තීයවේදීන් බිහිකිරීමේ ආයතනික දැක්ම තවදුරටත් ශක්තිමත් කරයි.
