The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS) of the Nāgānanda International Institute for Buddhist Studies, Sri Lanka proudly invites you to the 1st International Research Conference on Interdisciplinary Approaches (IRCIA 2024), an event that has organized for both local and international scholars. IRCIA 2024 aims at providing a platform for renowned intellectuals and emerging scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research on all aspects of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Conference Theme:

“Narratives of Resilience: Understanding, Adapting, and Thriving in a Changing World”

The conference will feature a wide array of tracks reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of contemporary scholarship. Some of the key tracks include:

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in intellectual discourse, share their research findings, and explore collaborative opportunities with peers from around the globe. The conference invites scholars, researchers, graduate students, and practitioners to submit abstracts (maximum 500 words) for paper presentations on topics related to the conference themes. Submissions should adhere to academic standards and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in interdisciplinary approaches.
